These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the gamdom platform, including the casino, sportsbook, original games and all related services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating a gamdom account you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
gamdom is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is required. Accounts found to be operated by minors will be closed immediately and funds withheld pending investigation.
Each individual may hold only one gamdom account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. gamdom reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances and bonuses.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements detailed at the time of offer. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met in full.
Deposits and withdrawals in PKR are processed via JazzCash, Easypaisa and major Pakistani banks. Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification before processing.
Any attempt to defraud gamdom — including collusion, bonus abuse, arbitrage or use of automated betting systems — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
Players are solely responsible for ensuring that access to gamdom is lawful in their jurisdiction. gamdom provides entertainment services and makes no representations regarding legality in specific regions.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gamdom ("gamdom", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the gamdom website at gamdom.biz, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market offered by gamdom, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the gamdom platform and close your account. gamdom reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the email address registered to your gamdom account and will take effect 14 days from the date of notification unless otherwise stated.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with gamdom's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and gamdom.

To register a gamdom account and use the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
Each individual may register and maintain only one gamdom account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gamdom uses device fingerprinting, IP address analysis and identity verification tools to detect duplicate accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You are obligated to keep this information up to date throughout your relationship with gamdom. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of all balances.
gamdom is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances. The KYC verification process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence), and proof of payment method ownership.
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period of request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account closure. gamdom will process KYC submissions within 5 business days and will notify you of the outcome via your registered email address.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gamdom account credentials, including your email address, password and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. gamdom will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.
All bets, transactions and activities conducted through your gamdom account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were carried out by you personally or by any other person using your credentials with or without your knowledge or consent. In the event of unauthorised access to your account, you must notify gamdom immediately by contacting support.
gamdom strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication on their accounts. This setting is available within your gamdom account security panel at no cost and adds a critical additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
You must keep your registered contact details current. gamdom sends important account and security notifications to your registered email address. gamdom accepts no responsibility for failure to receive such notifications if your registered contact details are inaccurate or out of date.
gamdom accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) and USDT TRC20 via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are credited to your gamdom account balance in real time or within the processing timeframe specified for the selected payment method.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. gamdom reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time and to withhold funds deposited from unverified sources pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the associated deposit where technically possible. gamdom will not process withdrawals to payment methods that differ from the deposit source without completion of an enhanced verification process.
All withdrawal requests require a fully verified gamdom account (completed KYC). Accounts with pending KYC submissions will have withdrawal processing paused until verification is complete. Standard withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is same-day during business hours. gamdom reserves the right to extend processing times for large withdrawals or where additional security checks are required.
gamdom does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply fees independent of gamdom's processes. gamdom accepts no responsibility for fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer.
gamdom operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. gamdom reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited to your account. In cases where satisfactory documentation cannot be provided, gamdom may suspend withdrawals, escalate the matter to relevant authorities and take such further action as is required under applicable law. Attempting to use gamdom for money laundering purposes constitutes a serious criminal offence.
gamdom offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games and time limits.
Bonus funds credited to your gamdom account are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Any winnings generated from bonus funds prior to completion of the wagering requirement are also subject to the same restriction. Attempted withdrawal of bonus-derived funds before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
gamdom reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Evidence of systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage or bonus abuse — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in account closure.
Bonuses cannot be claimed in conjunction with one another unless explicitly stated. Players operating under self-imposed deposit limits or responsible gaming restrictions may find that certain bonuses are unavailable to them — this is a deliberate safeguard and not a technical error.
All bets placed on the gamdom sportsbook and casino are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product. By placing a bet or participating in any game on the gamdom platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
gamdom reserves the right to void or withhold payment on any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, manipulation of game outcomes, or any other irregularity that undermines the integrity of the event or game. In such circumstances, gamdom may report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement bodies.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gamdom platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
gamdom reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is detected or suspected, and to withhold all balances pending investigation. Confirmed instances of fraudulent conduct will be reported to relevant law enforcement and financial crime authorities.
All content available on the gamdom platform, including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, user interface design, text, logos, trademarks and data compilations, is the intellectual property of gamdom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gamdom platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse engineer or otherwise exploit any gamdom intellectual property without prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of gamdom's intellectual property constitutes an infringement of applicable laws and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gamdom and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the gamdom platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
gamdom's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your gamdom account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gamdom makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. gamdom is not responsible for any losses resulting from platform unavailability, technical failures, internet service disruptions or force majeure events.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes gamdom's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

gamdom reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Where an account is closed due to a suspected breach of these Terms, gamdom will withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, gamdom reserves the right to forfeit the balance as compensation for losses suffered. Where no breach is ultimately established, any outstanding balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.
You may request the closure of your gamdom account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any applicable withdrawal verification checks.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gamdom is incorporated and holds its gaming authorisation.
In the event of a dispute between you and gamdom, you should first contact gamdom's customer support team and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally. gamdom aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved through gamdom's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to any independent dispute resolution body applicable under gamdom's operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism will be provided upon request.
Nothing in this clause limits your right to bring a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction where required by mandatory applicable law.
